Shipping carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery for each order. Von Dutch is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier of the package to open an investigation. Von Dutch will not replace any packages.
