- DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH ALL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED. DENIED RETURNS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND WILL BE FORFEITED. ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
- REFUNDS FOR APPROVED RETURNS WILL BE CREDITED TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT. THERE IS NO RESTOCKING FEE FOR RETURNS.
- VON DUTCH OFFERS EXCHANGES. EXCHANGED PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH ALL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED. DENIED EXCHANGES WILL NOT RECEIVE REFUNDS AND WILL BE FORFEITED. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE.
