Once your order ships, it can’t be cancelled, returned or refunded.

SHIP IT BACK
Return items in their original packaging with all related accessories. Customers cover return shipping on exchanges.
GET YOUR EXCHANGE
Once approved, your replacement ships. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns that do not meet our return requirements may be rejected. Rejected returns are non-refundable and forfeited.
For sanitary reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on headwear and swimwear. These items are final sale.
Received something defective? Report it through the returns portal or email customerservice@vondutch.com within 48 hours of delivery. Defective products must be returned in their original packaging with all related accessories.
